6. Shipping Policy
The specified delivery times refer to working days (from Monday to Friday) and may be delayed due to national or regional holidays or force majeure. If you decide to use bank transfer as the form of payment, the delivery time may be longer, as the goods will only be dispatched after receipt of payment has been confirmed.
On some days with exceptionally high order volumes, e.g. Christmas, Black Friday, Easter, the delivery time specified cannot be guaranteed due to overloaded shipping companies.
Bike Base S.L. reserves the right to change delivery times in exceptional cases without prior notice. This can occur, for example, with individualized orders, when shipping bulky goods or due to assembly times for shipping bicycles.
Please note that delivery to a post office box or a packing station is not possible.
Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands)
Pick-up from the Bike Base Store in San Pedro de Alcantara.
When completing the order, the customer can select pick-up from our store in San Pedro de Alcantara as the shipping option.
This shipping option is free of charge for the customer.
The order is paid online in advance using the payment method chosen by the customer. As soon as we have successfully received the payment, we will prepare the order for collection.
If the order is ready to be picked up, the customer will receive a confirmation by email from us that the order will be ready to be picked up in the store for the next 14 days. After this time, the order will be automatically canceled and the amount paid will be refunded via the selected payment method.
Upon collection, the customer must present the order number and a valid identification document. Otherwise the order cannot be issued.
Shipping costs: 5.00 €. Free shipping * from € 49 (including VAT). The delivery times are between 1 and 14 working days and will be communicated to you when you complete the order process.
7. Return Policy
If the customer is not satisfied with the goods ordered, he can send them back to Bike Base S.L. without giving a reason.
www.bikebase.es offers a 30-day period for returns for exchange or refund. This period begins on the day the ordered goods are delivered to the customer.
The customer is responsible for returning items to www.bikebase.es. It is expressly recommended to use delivery confirmations or tracking numbers in order to avoid any delivery problems.
It should be noted that returned goods can only be refunded or exchanged if they are returned in an unused and perfect condition and in their original packaging.
In order to start an exchange or refund process, the customer must contact Bike Base S.L. within the 30-day period via e-mail ([email protected]) to receive the corresponding return form.
When returning the entire order, Bike Base S.L. will refund the total sum. The customer bears the costs of the return to Bike Base S.L.
For partial returns, Bike Base S.L. will refund the value of the returned goods, but not the shipping costs. The customer bears the costs of the return to Bike Base S.L.
If the customer has received an incorrect or damaged item, Bike Base S.L. bears the cost of the return.
The amount will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
Please note that all personalized items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
